Scholarships & Most Improved Awards for our Youth

Our club provides academic scholarships  to graduating seniors from each of our High Schools: South Tahoe High School, George Whittell High School and Mt. Tallac High School. A committee evaluates the applications.  We also recognize those students who school staff identify as Most Improved due to their hard work. Criteria for the evaluation includes:

^
financial need;
^
academics;
^
employment;
^
extra curricular activities;
^
letters of recommendation;
^
the effort the student has made in life to be the person they have become as evidenced by the essay they submit.
